Indian Institute of Quality Management
IIQM is conducting training programmes since its inception in 1994. It has trained over 17000 professionals practically from all industry and service sectors present in India and includes participants from other countries as well.
We offer short term training programmes in quality management; laboratory quality management; quality technology; Information Security; IT Service Management; Software QA, Testing and Management; and e-Governance, covering relevant National and international standards and practices.
We support two year distance learning programme, leading to MS (Quality Management) Degree of BITS (Pilani). IIQM conducts contact programmes and also coordinates these activities at other designated STQC centres, presently at: ETDC, Bangalore; ETDC, Chennai; and CETE, Pune. The programme has motivated serving professionals to upgrade their knowledge and improve career prospects. As a result, its demand continues to grow.
Course delivery deploys Accelerated Learning Techniques for high involvement of participants in training programmes to enhance the learning cycle. IIQM also offers on-site programmes, tailored to suit specific needs of organisations.
We function as an Approved Training Organisation (TO) for IRCA, UK; itSMF, UK; and NRBPT (QCI, India) and acquired specific course approvals from these organisations.
