STQC has launched a scheme for empanelment of external training organizations (Intermediaries) on pilot basis for conduct of STQC's short terms courses within India with an aim to extend the outreach and availability of STQC's training courses to industry and other organizations. Presently the scope covers IT and e-Governance Training programs offered by STQC. The scheme is operation since April 2009.

There has been very encouraging response to the scheme and STQC has already received more than 15 applications till 1 st April 2010. A number of these intermediaries have been empanelled and have started conducting STQC programmes.

The scheme is being validated based on the experience gained. Any new application will be processed only after revision of the scheme.
